Before I ever sold a car, I learned discipline, precision, and responsibility in one of the most demanding environments on earth—the U.S. Navy. I served as a Nuclear Reactor Operator and Submariner, where there was no room for shortcuts, excuses, or “good enough.”
After the military, I led teams as a restaurant director, learning how to manage people, build culture, and drive performance in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Those years taught me something most salespeople never learn:
success isn’t an accident—it’s the result of systems, standards, and leadership.
When I walked into the automotive world in 2021 at age 40, I wasn’t the typical “natural closer.” I was an introvert with no prior car sales experience. But I brought something different: a willingness to be coached, a hunger to learn, and a commitment to outwork and out-prepare everyone around me.

Within two years of starting in automotive sales, I:
Went from brand-new to selling 60+ units per month
Generated over 50% of my deals from FB Marketplace leads
Built a $300k+ annual income
Became the #1 Sales Professional in a major auto group with over 100 salespeople
This didn’t happen because I was the loudest person in the room.
It happened because I built a repeatable process:
A clear, trackable sales system from Internet → Phone Call → Appointment → 10-Step Process
Daily non-negotiables that drove appointments and follow-up
Objection-handling frameworks like LAST (Listen, Acknowledge, Solve, Transition)
A mindset that refused to settle for “average”
I proved that you don’t have to be a “natural-born closer” to win big in this business...
You just need the right
process, coaching, and accountability.

As my results grew, something became clear...
Most salespeople weren’t failing because they were lazy or untalented. They were failing because they were:
Overtrained on theory and underdeveloped in real-world execution
Drowning in random tips, scripts, and motivation with no clear system
Lacking a leader who would walk with them, not just hype them up
Worse thing is the "Sink or Swim" of most locations that actually under train and under devlop their teams and leadership (managers)
I felt called to change that.
I became a John Maxwell Executive Director Coach & Speaker, a D.I.S.C. Consultant, 10X Marketing Certified, and I combined that with my real-world dealership and restaurant executive experience to create the United Leadership Group:
A coaching company designed for sales professionals and managers who want to unite their teams around ONE GOAL—ONE MISSION, becoming consistent producers and trusted leaders in their communities.
My mission is simple:
To TRAIN•DEVELOP•LEAD® you to become the kind of producer and leader who changes your family’s and team's future.

When I’m not coaching or working with dealerships, you’ll usually find me out working on the farm, serving at church, leading my hockey team on the ice to victory, hiking outdoors, or taking in a Broadway show
Whether it’s in the field, in the pews, or on the ice, I’m always focused on growth, excellence, and leading from the front.

I don’t believe in hype without homework.
My coaching is:
Faith-Driven & Relational – I care about who you’re becoming, not just what you’re closing. I want you to win at work and at home.
Accountability-Based – We track your KPIs, your habits, and your daily actions. If you say you want 20–30+ cars a month, your effort has to match that goal.
Battle-Tested – Everything I teach has been proven in the real world—on the showroom floor, in internet departments, and inside dealerships.
Customized to You – Whether you’re brand new or a veteran stuck at the same unit count, we meet you where you are and build a plan you can execute.
If you’re coachable, hungry, and willing to be held accountable, I can help you build a career you’re proud of.

Tired of GUESSING
Tired of PLATEAUING
Tired of WATCHING OTHER PEOPLE WIN while you stay stuck
It’s time to change that.
You don’t need to be the loudest, flashiest, or most “natural” salesperson. You need:
A PPROVEN SYSTEM
A COACH who has been there
An ACCOUNTABILITY that wont let you quit on yourself
